EWRN Workshop: Global experts unite to tackle wireworm challenges in potato production

The European Wireworm Research Network (EWRN) is set to host an important workshop dedicated to combating wireworm infestations in potato crops. The event, scheduled for July 7th, will be held at the Scandic Fornebu Hotel in Oslo, Norway.

  2. Katharina Wechselberger (AGES, Austria): “Wireworms in Austria: Challenges for Farmers, Producers, and Researchers”
  3. Sylvain Poggi (INRAE, France): “Using Models to Assess Wireworm Infestation Risks”

Country-Based Updates:

Experts from Norway, Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Germany, The Netherlands, UK, Spain, and France will share recent research findings and updates on wireworm management strategies.

Scientific Poster Presentations:

  • Development of ATTRACAPĀ®: A novel biological control.
